Are professional shampoo products different from those found in the grocery store?
YES! There are significant differences in professional shampoo products. They contain higher concentrations of ingredients, such as protein. Professional shampoos have a pH OF 4.5-6.5.

Is there a difference between cream rinse and conditioner?
Cream rinses detangle the hair and do not penetrate like a conditioner will. Cream rinses must be rinsed out well or it can leave a residue, making the hair looking dull. A conditioner provides mosture and strength. Deep-penetrating conditioners will penetrate the cortex layer of the hair.
